Your investigation requires approval from a location manager before it's confirmed.

Team Limits

We allow a maximum of ten guests for investigations.

Refunds and Security Deposit Conditions

All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of our agreement as stated below:

A 50% security deposit is required to reserve your date for your investigation.  A full refund (minus any fees deducted through Square payments) may be requested up to 30 days prior to your reservation date.  Any cancellations or rescheduling after this time period shall be negotiated between the parties involved.
