The Mansfield Restoration Group is offering Ghost Tours and private paranormal investigations to revitalize this nostalgic location. Participants will be granted permission by the landowners and local authorities to stay in our Spirited B&B located on the property. You will also be given access to investigate multiple spaces during the calm of the overnight. Visit our booking calendar page to reserve your investigation. The Spirited B&B Pricing Guide April-November
- Friday or Saturday 7:00 pm check in - 10:00 am check out up to 8 adults $500 ($250 security deposit)
- Sunday-Thursday 7:00 pm check in - 10:00 am check out up to 8 adults $400 ($200 security deposit)
- We offer discounted rates for 2-day bookings. Please inquire for these special rates and availability.
- When you book with us, we notify our local law enforcement and authorities to ensure you have a safe visit.
- Winter Rates $350 per night December-February.
Basic Accommodations Include:
A single, private bedroom located on the second floor of the B&B. The private room includes a double bed, bathroom, heating and air conditioning. Additional Accommodations & Rates
At this time, we offer three additional bedrooms on the second floor. These bedrooms share one separate bathroom. The rooms include a double bed, heating, air conditioning and access to the shared bathroom. Overnight accommodations for the ground floor of the Paranormal B&B Guest Inn include a full kitchen, dining room, common room (living room), bathroom with sink & toilet and an entry way with staircase leading to the second floor. The flat rates listed includes exclusive access to the the areas listed on our site map. Winter rates will be available from December - February.
