
Do you enjoy Paranormal conventions, Horror-cons and events such a Days of the Dead? Are you a team of Paranormal Investigators or have an interest in haunted locations? Do you enjoy History, the Unknown, Other Worldly Phenomenon, Cryptids and Aliens? Are you an owner of a Haunted Location or Haunted Attraction? We believe Mansfield, Indiana is the perfect location for this all new Paranormal Festival to take place. The ambience of Mansfield, its history and the spirits that are present allow our location an unlimited amount of potential. Let's all "Cross the Bridge" into the Unknown and converge in Mansfield! We welcome all "tentacles" of the paranormal community to join us. The launch date for our inaugural event is planned for September 26, 2026. The event is planned for 9:00am-5:00pm for the vendor event. Vendor Spots will be available at $50 each for a ten by ten space at the Mansfield Civic Center. Both Indoor and Outdoor spaces will be available. Need more space? We are happy to accommodate! Please inquire for special pricing for a larger spot. In addition, we are planning evening Ghost Walks, Flashlight Tours, VIP investigations and more for our Mysterious Spirited Location! Mysterious Mansfield will be booking Paranormal Investigations soon.
The schedule of events will be added as the event grows. All information will be posted on this page. We will be adding an event schedule as well as an interactive map similar to the one on our Covered Bridge Festival page as the event grows. Since this is a brand new event, please bear with us as we grow. A Facebook Event Page will also be launched soon. If you plan to be a vendor, please check out the requirements below. A TML must be on file with Parke County. It is free of charge for this event.

Please complete our online application and submit it to be considered for a vendor space. We will reach out to you to confirm your spot for the Mysterious Mansfield - Crossing the Bridge Festival once payment has been received. By completing this form you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
General Information: Our properties are committed to preserving the history, ambience, and nostalgia of Mansfield, Indiana. We want to build a community of vendors, professionals and individuals with similar interests. Whether you are a Paranormal Investigator or a fan of Horror, we feel Mansfield can be the new yearly gathering spot for all to converge.
Agreement: A $50 non-refundable payment is required at approval of your online application to reserve your space for the 2026 Crossing the Bridge Festival. Spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
If a vendor or interested party cancels, written notice via email or text must be provided by July 1, 2026. Should a cancelation be made from our we will reach out to you with details on refunds.
I, the submitter of this document, along with any of my representatives or agents, agree to hold Mysterious Mansfield, Mansfield Civic Center LLC, Mansfield Restoration LLC and any of its associates or successors as harmless and free from any liability in the event of any unforeseen occurrence such as loss or damage of work, loss of income, personal injury including death, or property damage arising from the rental or occupation of space for the Crossing the Bridge Festival. I further agree I have read this document, and the attached rules and regulations and agree to abide by them. A TML must be submitted to Parke County at the link above at least one month in advance of the 2026 Crossing the Bridge Festival. There are no exceptions to this requirement. We also encourage vendors to obtain A Certificate of Insurance if need be based on your product or service. Please inquire if you have questions regarding these requirements. Lessee will not be permitted to set up booth space until the necessary requirements are met.
All spaces are leased for September 26, 2026, the fee paid will apply to that date only. Vendors may check in on Friday September 25, 2026 after 5:00 p.m. or Saturday September 26 between 7:00-9:30 a.m. Vendors or participants failing to appear on the Saturday morning of the Festival will forfeit their space WITHOUT REFUND. All products must meet national, state and local legal regulations. Failure to do so can result in arrest and confiscation by authorities. No refunds are made to those who do not comply with this requirement.
The lessee understands that a number of variables will affect their success at the Crossing the Bridge Festival. These variables include but are not limited to: your product and its presentation; customer demand; your service, weather; size of crowd; local, state and national economy; political climate; location on property; traffic pattern; and most importantly, buying behavior of the visitors to the Festival. We do not guarantee that the festival will be successful. We are hoping to grow this festival into something we can all enjoy and return annually. We want to make the area an attractive location for you to conduct your business but in no way does Mysterious Mansfield, Mansfield Civic Center, LLC, or Mansfield Restoration LLC assume any liability for your level of success. In signing this agreement you are agreeing to hold Mansfield Civic Center, LLC harmless for any losses you may incur during the Crossing the Bridge Festival and by submitting this form along with the listed requirements and documents it is further understood that there will be no refunds to lessee for lease fees paid to conduct your business during the Festival.
